Contact Person For Relationship between existing Customer and Contact IDs (WSDL managecontactin)

Good day,

Creating a new contact the Relationship to an existing Customer works fine with WSDL managecontactin and Creating a new Customer the Relationship to an existing Contact works fine with WSDL managecustomerIn. But trying to create a Relationship between existing Customer and Contact IDs, I get an error message ´Delete not possible; object does not exist´ or ´Business object node RELATIONSHIP does not exist´ with WSDL managecontactin when the contact or customer already has another relationship.

Contact actionCode = 06

InternalID = #Contact

IsContactPersonForRelationship actionCode = 01

RelationshipBusinessPartnerInternalID = #Customer

WorkplaceEmailURI>mail@sap.com</WorkplaceEmailURI

Someone has worked with a WSDL like this? or any clue?
