    Hi Rohit

This error is possibly due to

1.You have not selected manual valuation while creation of sampling Procedure.

This sampling procedure does not support any manual valuation.

This means that there are occasions where it cannot be used for certain characteristics. For example, a sampling procedure with a valuation based on specification limits cannot be used for attributive inspection characteristics.

If such a situation arises, you must close the characteristic during results recording

2.You have used Inspection points in the sampling procedure.

    Possiblity of first is more.

    I hope this will help

Manual valuation Means while doing result recording System will ask you to do valuation of the Charectoristics against which you have used sampling Procedure.

Means After entering all results sytem will prompt you to either Accpet or Reject the Char.

      This is Manual Valuation.

This is used when you do not wnat syetm to valuate Your Char.
