Document splitting cannot find a distribution for currency type

We have new GL implemented. My co code currency is USD. Whenever i try to post MIRO document with Document currency SGD but without any tax i.e. with out tax code or 0 % tax, it gives me following error

Document splitting cannot find a distribution for currency type 00.

However, if i try to post the MIRO with tax then it does not give me any error.
