Hi ALL,

When am trying to use for got apssword feature, am getting the following error: information entered is incorrect"

But actually i entered al the information correctly. Can you please tell me what might be the wrong. and what is the function module to debug from back end.

Contact us email is working correctly. Is any thing i have to configure from mail side.

Hi Priya,

Have you set up th email address for forgotten password and user configuration in the IMG? Find it under web channel. Also look at the authorisation of the web user making the change.

Otherwise I session you run a session trace to work out the required function module, check out SAP note 1090753.
