Hi all,
Production Order are automaticly created in customer order.
Sales department defines the configuration an characteristic value assignment in VA02 transaction.
I would like to control Production Order creation in accordance to characteristics value assignment.
For example, If the characteristique value is A, I do not want the Production Order creation.
Do you know customizing parameter to resolve my issue ? Or will I have to developp a specific program ?
Thanks
Regards
Pierre
Pierre:
as Production order is created by MRP or manually against the sales order, I don't see any customizing topic where you can define this.
It seems that you should use some user exit at order creation where the caracteristic value is read from the AUSP table.....

Hi Pierre,
Although you question is having status and i am still posting reply.
I want to know whatu2019s the business requirement due to which you want to make creation decision based on characteristic value selected.
As while configuring the sales order if the configuration is not consistent you just canu2019t save the order.
you can put conditions to achive it.
So if you are allowing you sales person to create successfully sales order but want to restrict planning person to create production order, doesnu2019t it will create problem for customer commitment.
Please share your comment.

Ritesh
