In our production system we have a background task that is in status "STARTED" since may 19.
So the workflow is hanging.
Before and after this time the same workflow and task have been completed without error.
So nothing is structurally wrong with the WF-batch user
So something has at one time prevented the WF-batch user to complete a task, but there are no errors in any log i can see.
Is there way to solve this issue and get the workflow to go on as it should?
