reg scrap in operation

Dear all,

At my clients place which is an engineering industry for tracking for components as well as fg serial numbers were activated, for accountability they are capturing scrap generated in each operation by defining a mat code with - ve quantity with back flush, if we want to track scrap generated with serial numbers how to do it since backflush will not support serial numbers.

please give me detailed steps
