user not found in mss uwl

Hi Experts,

Iam getting the below error while iam trying to approve the requests for the endusers in uwl

critical error user_not_found..

please help me in this

the Id which your using on portal check in SAP system .

To find the pernr of the User-Id ( portal ).

goto tcode "HRUSER" click up on "Assignment of employees to existing users"

give the Potal user-id in "User name" and select readio option "User with employee"

take the PERNR check the data in infotype 105 subtype 0001 the check the user-Id and its start and end date

Hi,

The leave request is sent to the correct manager but when he is trying to approve the leave

he is getting the error .

Can you paste the whole error?

user not found means that the user has missing infotype data or the authorisation?

Plese checkm if the employee for whom the request is being approved is active . Or his infotype 105 is not maintained.
