Hi,

Run SU53 for Authorization Check, soon after you have run SPROXY.

Add the missing authorization object withe help of BASIS.

Proxy object can be created via se80, too:

Right click Enterprise Services->Create->Proxy Object

Cheers,

Remi

i check with the basis team they don't seem to know why the authorization is failing. they even created a another user in sap for me but i am getting the same problem.

could it be that i am not an administrator on my PC or is there any other place i can investigate

Hello,

Have you checked in the Package to which the Service belongs?

Well we get the access thru Roles. Roles specifies different Activities of Authorization Object.

so you need to know the role specific to this.

PFCG enter role, under Authorization tab, Click on Spectacles ICON to display Auth Data.
