Not fixed salary date, how to handle?

Dear Consultants,

How to handle the situation where the montly salary date is not fixed. Sometime is 25th of the month or sometime 2nd of the next month.

But it is always between 25th to 10th. For example, the salary for the month of May 2009 could be any time from May 25th till June 10th.
