Hi Jitendra,

After you create the promotion, You need to activate the promotion prices. This would update the article data. You can then send the data through the IDOC WP_PLU . There is a segment for article prices and the promotion prices will also be sent.

You can trigger this IDOC creation using the transaction WPMU/WPMA.

hope it helps.

Hi Mughil,

Thanks for your valuable comments,

After creating the promotion, I need to activate the promotion prices at WAK1 or WAK5.

What is the function of these tabs in WAK5

price activation

announcement

listing

allocation Table

supply source determination

additionals

thanks

Hi Jiten,

The followon process for Promotions are Price Activation, Announcement, Listing, AT,SSD..

As I understand, these functions would be used as per the business.

Like for example, If you want to create Allocation table out of a promotion(many customers do that), you can do that using that Allocation table function.

If you want to list, then you need to do the Listing for that.

You can go through the SAP documentation or the best practices documents for promotion for more information.

Mughil
