How to activate delta load for condition objects?

Dear experts,

Can any one explain the steps to activate a delta load for condition objects?

For example we have an object by the name DNL_COND_A004 (r3ac5). We trigger initial download for this object on a regular basis when ever there are any changes in that particular table A004 in R/3. But we need to download the changes automatically with the help of delta load.

Any help in this regards is appreciated.
