ESS DC Error: NoClassDefFoundError

Hi,

we have just installed Java service packs for ESS/MSS. we are now up to SAP_ESS 603 SP4. We can view the overview screen for ESS correctly, however when we try and go into one of the ESS services we get the error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.sap.pcuigp.xssutils.pernr.model.grpinfo.Hrxssce_Pernr_Grp_Info

This seems to be an issue with Concurrent Employment?

We haven't turned this on.

These services were working correctly before the service pack upgrade.

Any help would be much appreciated
