E-mail notification to employee in service ticket

Hi All,

I am configuring service ticket. If I get the service ticket and assigned to another employee the another employee should get the notification mail that service ticket is assigned to me.

Ex:- "A" Will assign the service ticket to "B".

"B" will get the notification mail that service ticket assigned to me.

Could you please give some hints to achieve this?
