I only found the 2005 version.

The help file is under C:Program FilesSAPSAP Business One SDKHelp.
If you only have the 2005 version is because you didn't install the 2007 version. Please do so.

The documentation you request is in the SDK's chm help file (that comes with the SDK itself).
Open the Help file and go to the Index tab. There you'll find a "What's New" topic.
