Anybody any idea if/how an absence can be re-allocated to a different quota?
Scenario
Employee is allowed take leave prior to having accrued it.
We could set up an interim quota (Type A) with quota up front to allow an employee take leave prior to having accrued any annual leave quota.
As they accrue their annual leave quota I want to re-allocate any leave taken against the ‘A’ quota type to their annual leave quota so that by the end of the year all annual leave taken is against their annual leave quota.
As they accrue leave the ‘A’ quota would be reduced by time evaluation till there was none available for the employee to use.
Deleting and re-keying the absence when annual leave quota becomes available is a non-runner.
