We have configuration of Negative time management in our company, now we want to shift to positive time management. First of all i want to know, is it possible to have negative as well as positive time management, if yes please advise me what are all the things to do so. Secondly, do you thing to go for positive time management after using negative time management for almost two years is ok. Thirdly, is there any way to restrict the system to process salary for those employee who are still active but obsconding not coming to office. Please advise, other than option of blocking, puting negative attendance. Can, i restrict with PCR.
