Dear Frnds,
My client produces 2 types of Finished Goods, say FG1 & FG2.
FG1 can be sold directly to customers and also they will use it for making another FG (FG2). For eg, they produce (manufacture) FG1 100 Qty, in this 50 Qty will be directly sold to the customers and remaining 50 Qty they are using in-house to produce FG2.
For the 2nd case, when FG1 is used in-house to produce FG2, while updating RG1 under IWO classification, I am unable to update the opening balance(initial stock uploaded before GO-LIVE). A red light indicator is shown and sys msg: Processing over for 0 records.
But, for whatever goods(FG1) manufactured in-house and taken again for in-house consumption to produce FG2, RG1 is updated properly, both with RMA and IWO classifications. Only while updating for the initial stock uploaded in MB1C under movt type 561, it is showing the RED light indicator.
FG1 & FG2 have different chapter ID. All the movement types are specified for RG1 in SPRO.
Request you valuable suggestions.
Thanks in anticipation.
HI
In J1i5 update RG1 with RMA or ROP and enter the movement type ,storage location,

hi thanks for ur response.
can u tel me whether we have to maintain any opening balance(initial/physical stock) in table R_2IRG1BAL or not. if yes, where we have to maintain the op bal: in OP_CF or OP_Finish
Also, is there any other table that we have to maintain for RG1 register updation?
And, what are the tables other than J_2IEXTRCT, J_1IRG1 and J_1IRGSUM affected wen v do some RG1 transactions.
