Processing Status on Sales Order

Hello All,

What does the Overall Blkd Status stands for, wonder why it is showing as Blocked, but i still could reference the Inquiry in to a Quote and Quote in to an Order, any input would help.

Overall status- Completed

Rejection Status- Nothing Rejected

Reference Status-Fully Referenced

Credit Status- Not Performed

Overall Blkd Status- Blocked

System Status-REL

User Status- APPS
