Overlimit & Overdue in SAP HANA

Dear Master,
I have requirement to show Overlimit & Overdue on Report. On ECC 6, i can use VBUK-CMPSC for Overlimit and VBUK-CMPSG for Overdue but in HANA VBUK is obsolete and i can't find any replacement on VBAK.

i already use FM 'SD_VBUK_READ_FROM_DOC' but i can't find difference between Overlimit and Overdue in store table.

Anyone have solution?

There is probably an easier way to achieve this (I did not look for classes or FMs), but you could find such information in the DCD (documented credit decision).

Sales order number => UKM_DCD_ATTR-DCD_OBJ_ID => then in the same table you have DCD_X_STATLIMIT DCD_X_DYNLIMIT DCD_X_ELDOITEM etc.

If this is not sufficient for the report that you are working on - explore together with your functional consultant transaction UKM_CASE, because the DCD list already does what you asked about (and a lot more).

i already check on table UKM_DCD_ATTR but that table has no data.

This probably means that something is not configured as it should, because with the standard process the DCDs should be saved in the database.

I don't have a solution but there is apparently a simplification list for S4, which has some information on what happened to VBUK (just search for VBUK in the text). It has note references and everything, so might want to check it out.

I already check that file but still can't have an answer how to get difference between overlimit and overdue on HANA. on ECC 6, we can have infrormation Sales Order is block because overlimit or overdue or both of them.

I can only suggest to reach out to SAP Support on this. This seems like a case for their "schedule an expert". Realistically, you won't find as many people with S4/HANA experience on SCN, much less with such specific question. I've actually never used this in ECC either. 🙂

I don't know why SAP deactivate VBUK-VBUP without Replacement. Maybe we can have solution to my question on this thread with different way, but i think HANA should make easier way not make harder way like this.

Seriously, we can get simple way on ECC with VBUK-VBUP.
