Action QNTF is not defined

HI DBM EXPERTS,

During saving the notification for vehicle from /dbm/vm transaction we are getting a ERROR message

" Action QNTF is not defined "

We have checked a action control matrix also in customising but ACTION QNTF is absent there.

Please suggest.
