Attendance on Payroll Cluster.

Dear Frnds and Guru's,

I have one problem that actually Payroll is calculating perfectly as per the Absences i m putng in IT 2001.e.g. LWP, CL,etc....

but that things are not displaying in Payroll cluster so due to that i m unable to put the data on the payslips i.e. Present days, LWP, week off , etc.... through Pe51.....

So frends tell me how i would get these data in the Payroll Cluster so that i can put these data on the payslips..... My Problem is.... i m unable to put the Total Paid days on the Payment slips for showing the employees that he got this many days of Payment for XYZ month......cos i m not getting the data on the Cluster so i m unable put on the payslip....

Tell me is ther any std PCR for that which i need to change... for geting the required data...

or tell me the solutions....how wud i reflect the paid days on the payslips..

Hi

Try this out

Hope you wish to display the attendance / absence data in payslip

it can be achieved using the program reading from the Infotype Tables instead of cluster.Normally for payslip input we have to touch the infotype tables for

2001- Absence data like CL,PL and LOP (PA2001)

2002-Onduty(PA2002)

in case of Public & Festival holidays go to (PA0007)

Paid days = Month total days from IT 7 - LOP

Dear Parth,

As u said cluster will have the data so i got that in the cluster in the ABC table but i think that to reflect on the payslip i need to write a rule in PE51 but i donot know how to use that RULE Field in pe51.

bcos i m geting the data of LOP in the cluster in the ABC table but i m unable to use that in Pe51.

So tell me in detail how to write the rule in Pe51 or if any screen shots available with u please attache here.

My purpose of geting the attandence onto the payslip has solved but i have not get the data from the pay cluster ...

i have to customised it and fetched all the data from the Infotypes .

but thanks for all who have helped me direct or indirect...

I think u doing all the customize report according to client requirement

If it is there in SAP also u doing all the customise report.

I think u are not fectching the data proper

did u made LIVE run ?

you said, payroll is calculating correctly. that means, payroll generation is perfect.

you are not getting values in cluster-i guess you know, until you make LIVE run, clusters will not be formed. If payroll generation is perfect, then damn sure, cluster will have all absence/payroll data.

As u asked to me after Live Payroll run so i did it that and then checked the cluster and as i told that payroll generation is perfect and about the cluster i m unable to see the data in that but u r saying that absence and presence data must b their so i m not able to see that so pls tell me how to see in the cluster and where.
