Reason for Rejection in Shopping cart

Hello Experts,

Can you please help me on the below requirement.

When the shopping cart was created, i am sending an notification to the 1st approver to either approve or reject the shopping cart(Please find attached photo 1).

Here the user requirement is when they are directly Rejecting the shopping cart they need some popup like..Please enter the Reason for rejection in the cart.

I am able to handle the reason for rejection as mandatory while rejecting the shopping cart through online process(Please find attached photo 2).

Now finally how we can give some kind of information when they are Reject the shopping cart directly from email(off line approval).
