Result recording in Preventive maintenance and calibration

Hiiiii Experts,

I need your help.I have created a plan, scheduled it and then order is also generated.Now once the order is generated wheather Preventive or calibration, How I enter ther result into sap.There are some results which are only texts and few are quantity.

Please tell me the steps to record the result.

    Hi

    Wht are the MIC u r used in Task list referance to that MIC you have to recored it , mostely we are using visual inspection for Calibration

    If you are still dought plz revert to me

      Sorry for the wrong post... i thought ur looking for caliberation process and its inspection

      According u to ur query, as an Example...

      Basic Scenario - Need to create a Plan, for taking pump vibration measurement in every three months...

      Step 1 : Create a Equipment or General Task List (In Operation - Vibration Inpection at different load like 60/80/100) so u have 3 operations to be done once in three months) in IA01

      Step 2 : Create a Measuring point for the equipment Pump, where ur taking vibration measurement in IK01, Here u can give upper limit and lower limit.. such that when the user try to enter the measurement more than the value.. it will give a error message...

      Step 3 : Create a Maintenance plan.... IP01/IP41

      1. Cycle - 3 months

      2. Enter the Equipment and the task list

      3. Scheduling Period - 1 yr

      4. Save it

      Step 4 : Schedule the plan in IP10 (You will be getting for call objects for one year)

      Step 5 : Once the date as been reached - Order will be called... Go to IP10, enter the Maintenance plan no and select the call and click display

      Step 6 : take the respective measurements

      Step 7 : Enter the measurements in the measuring documents (IK11)... Save it

      Step 8 : In the Order, enter if u have used any material and do Goods issue

      Step 9 : Do Confirmation in IW41

      Step 10 : Complete the Order, using TECO and Business Complete...
