Restrict the user for not scheduling the periodic jobs

Hi Expert,

I would like to restrict the user for not scheduling the periodic jobs,, if you know how to do that please let me know.

Is there any authorization restriction concept to block this for perticular userid.

If in a role we give SM36 / SAM35 background job scheduling, then can we restrict that the person can not set 'PERIODIC' for the job.
