CAT5 no records for transfer to PS

Hi CATS experts,

I have an issue related to the transfer hours ( costs) to PS.

I have introduced several hours in CAT2 for a personnel number and I add a receiver WBS element.

This has been saved and i can check it in table CATSDB. I try to transfer these hours to PS ( transaction code CAT5 or by CATA) but error message no records for transfer to PS appears.

Really I have no idea where is my problem, someone may help me???
