CRM (0CRM_SRV_IBASE_ATTR) no data in RSA3

Im extracting data from CRM to BW, When I check data in CRM system they have 6 records but in RSA3 I can find "0 records" for data source 0CRM_SRV_IBASE_ATTR. Can you please help me out.

Note - I have just activate my datasource in RSA5, activated datasource can be visible in RSA6. When I check data in RSA3, I found 0 records but it should be "6"

Please help.
