How to delimit A008 Relationship using PP02?

Hi All,

Using PP02, how can i delimit A008 relationship of a specific employee?

My current BDC recoding for PP02:

Initial Screen:

-

Plan Version: 01

Object type: S

Object ID: <Position>

Infotype: 1001

Subtype: A008

Plan status: 1

Validity: This defaults From current date To 12/31/9999

Hit Delimit button

Delimit Relationships Screen:

-

---

In this screen it shows the employee(s) tied to the position. Hits tiny little right arrow button until it reaches last employee and then it delimits that last employee.

Issue: BDC assumes that it is the last employee i need to delimit which is not the case all the time.

I would like to know is there a way we can tell PP02 that it needs to pull only specific employee to delimit?

Please help. My preference is only PP02 as the entire OM updates happen with this t-code in the program. I am OK if this can be achieved using any BAPI

Hello.

I have faced the same problem before but not for the same relation.

My solution was to use a FM to do the work for me.

Try to use the following function modules or other from the same function group:

RH_DELETE_INFTY
RHPP_R_PROFILE_DELETE
