When I am printing the excise invoice, spool is ok, but unable to print

Hi Experts,

I have defined a new output type and script for excise invoice. I am issuing the output through the transaction J1IV and it is creating the spool correctly. But unable to print it correctly when i giving print. What might be the problem.

Please help me ASAP.

Hi,

Go to Transaction SP01 give your SAP user name and date press on execute

check the status if it is showing error in the status column

then check the printer by using SPAD transaction click on output devices and check the status of your printer in the list

if it shows background color as pink then it has some problem with the printer
