I have what seems a strange situation - on a recently installed site the Messaging service is generating shipment notification emails even though the Config>Messaging SendDeliveryNotices in WT is Not Ticked.
It is not generating email notifications for ALL delivery transactions, but for those that it does it is irrelevant whether there is any email address for the (default ?) Business Partner Contact - the email is still created.
This would indicate firstly that the mails are potentially generated for all deliveries not just those relating to web orders - is this correct? - I was not previously aware of this.
Secondly am I missing another setting somewhere in WT or could these mails be generated automatcially by some specific action or setting in B1 alone?
