Update Equipment During MIGO/GR - PM-MM Integration

Dears,

We have MM-PM integration during Goods Receipt.

MIGO screen enhanced with tab consisting key fields for equipment & fleet master

We are using "BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE" to update equipment/fleet master in update task of MIGO program.

But we are facing ITOB 407 error after execution of above BAPI

Note: We are implementing this in S4 1709

With Regards

Varun M

    Hi Vaibhav,

Automated equipment creation during GR has been configured and as requirement key equipment/fleet master data entered from the user in MIGO screen with help of enhancement.

When MIGO posted once equipment created we are updating the equipment master with data maintained in enhanced tab of MIGO screen

At the time of update task of MIGO program We are getting ITOB 407 - Equipment cannot be changed.

    Thanks

    Varun,

The error occurs after the Equipment is created when you try to update. It could be due to the newly created Equipment object still being locked by the initial creation process.

Ask the development team to trace the code. Perhaps the additional fields could be added to the Equipment creation.
