Transport with all associated items

Hi,

I want to know whether in a single transport, every items associated with that object can be transported at one shot including its system configurations. for e.g., Web Forms , Page Layouts

If anything stored in the pcd content will be transported through system admnistation->transprt ->transport packages Export and import

If anthing stored in KM content then it can be transported using content management ->content exchange or ICE (Informaiton content and exchange) method.

Hi,

Actually i am able to transport both PCD n KM content.. but i want to transport permission and other items associated with it, along with it... Transporting everything seperately is very cumbersome... any method which can transport everything related to the transported object at one shot including its system configurations??

There is no standard procedure of doing everything at a time. You have to do seperately only.

Hi,

For PCD content you can transport date and ACl in the same transport package.

You can also export the transport package dependencies (for each item) using resolve references property.
