Archive batch indication in Material Master record

Hi there..

I need to take out the Batch requirment indication from Material mater record...Also i have checked the all the opened document and batch also marked for deletion in MSC2N...

Please explain me in detail steps how can i proceed the archiving procedure to delete the batch indication...
