Hi All,

how to update ABC incidator in the material master automatically, After system change the ABC incidator for all the material, execute in the T.Code MC40

do any configuration we need to do,

Raj,

If you are looking at updating the ABC indicator in MRP views then you need to schedule the Program "RMCBAB20" in background if you want for a list of materials to be done. If it is few materials in transaction MC40 you can use the "Change ABC Indicator" function button in the report output to change for specific materials.

Title

ABC Analysis of Cycle Counting (Physical Inventory)

Purpose

Report " RMCBIN00" runs an analysis for the chosen material types in the cycle counting method of physical inventory.

Prerequisites

Before running the analysis, you must define the valid cycle counting indicators in the Customizing system of Inventory Management and define the percentage allocation of the materials to the individual cycle counting categories.(Transaction OMCO)

You can also directly change the percentage values via the indicator Change CC percentages on the initial screen of the analysis.

To set the cycle counting indicator for a material, you need authorization to change material master records (authorization object Material Master: Plant, activity 02).

Please go through the Program "RMCBIN00", using transaction SE38 for more details,
