Tools used in supporting issues raised?

Hi to all.

Recently i faced one question.

What are the tools you used to solve the tickets in the supporting stage?

Can u give some details regarding those things.

The most widely used tool is SAP Solution Manager, when in the end user will raise a support ticket, and the cansultant can log into his Solution manager login and check the ticket, change the ticket status and once issue is resolved, close the ticket.

Apart from this, any tools which are used to solve the tickets.
