Auto Service Entry Sheet

My requirement is to create u2018Service entry sheetu2019 automatically with reference to a service PO. Please advice.

IT is not possible with std SAP funtion except you create some custom code

Service entry sheet is like GR for Material so once you create the service PO than you have to enter the service entry sheet upon service performed in ML81N.

I guess this is not possible with standard SAP but I am not 100% confident.

Clientu2019s requirement is, using Outline agreement with carriers describing various routes and related services. Then they release service POu2019s against these contracts assign used for a particular shipment in the PO. Once the loads are delivered, they enter service entry sheet for each PO which is a time consuming process.

Since it's a time consuming process Client is searching for to create auto service entry sheet w.r.to service PO but not to be posted.

You may create a program with BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_CREATE and run this using appropriate variant in background.

Functionally will it be not possible to achieve this functionality. I guess there is a provision where I can restrict automatic postings for the service entry sheet.

Please advice.
