HCM processes and forms: How to configure Hiring without passing PERNR

Hello,

I have configured a ISR scenario for hiring process and when ever I try to test it it thouws me an error saying personnel number 000000 can not be locked. As there won't be any PERNR available before the hire process I have no idea how to pass this.

Is there any way that we can supress this and continue with hiring process. Please advice.
