Portal Content Directory Cache

Hi

I changed the Parameter "Pcd.Xfs.Cache.HardReferenceLimit" at OS Level in portal as per SAP Recommendation (SAP Note # 905211) but the changed value is not reflected at below Location

System Admin -

> Support -

> Support Desk -

> Portal Content Directory----> PCD Configuration

I restarted the Portal after making the changes and also clicked on "Reload" button in Portal

Can anyone help why the changed value is not reflected? The changed value is appearing correclty in PCD Directory in file "pcdStartup.properties"
