More than one way to determine and do this.

Essentially you are giving the vendor extra credit for the freight element as he is using his own transport. Just create a freight condition or add an extra line item for the freight element on the return order.

    Hi vijay,

For returns we need to compensate the customer either through "Credit memo" or by " Subsequent free of charge delivery". It is a similiar process as that of an order creation, here the document type is RE and create the returns doc. with reference to the existing sales order. You have an option to take returns for all item or just for selected items. Hope this will answer ur question.
