different assigned values in CJ31 and S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commit

For project getting asigned values more in CJ31

eg. budget is 100,000 and ssigned value is 120,000

but in budget report S_ALR_87013558 assigned value is 90,000.

when doing Extra > availability control > analysis in CJ31 and putting =SUM in

getting 90,000 assigned value in form of 120,000 value.

how to solve this problem ? I am getting this error for all projects in PROD

I run CJEN, CJBN, RKANBU01 but still problem is as it is.
