can't cansel invoice list completely

Hi !

I wonder if you could help me.

I deleted the invoice list (which invludes about 60 billing documents) by VF26.

I thought it would be canseled with all billing document, but it didn't.

Cansel list (I mean the one generated by VF26) includes some of billing documents (about 50)

, while others still remain active.

Please teach me what made this difference !

Hi Friend,

Once the Invoice list generated with some Billing documents, you can only cancel/delte the invoice if the Billing documents are not posted to acconting.

In your case i think the left billing documents already generated the accounting docments and the postings are cleared.

In that case you cant cancel/delete the invoicelist

I checked the points you refferd, but in my case,

the left billing documents haven't generated the accounting documents yet then.

Additionaly, as I execute VF26 later, I could cancel invoice list with the left billing documents.
