Hi Gurus,
In SRM system, I Created a shopping cart and insert the attachments and send mail to approver.
It is working fine in Development and Quality.
But in Production not working ( the error is - text in the mail coming as Internet Explorer as an attachment)
Please suggest me.

Hi,
Check SCOT Configuration done in PRD or not.
Do the following in PRD
1) Go to T.code SBWP
2) Click Create New message
3) Enter the Subject & Content of the mail
4) In the recipient address give the email id
5) Then click send
6) Goto T.code SOST and check an entry found
7) If not found, the SCOT configuration have to be done check with the Basis Team
😎 If found select the entry and click execute and check you email
9) If the mail comes fine then in the workflow you have to check whether youu2019re passing the valid Email id or not

Hi,
Mainly, when i created shop paper(In SRM system) with attahcments and sending to approver.
The mail (text) automatically triggers send to approver.Approver getting the mail with attachments, but the error is (not getting the text content). Mail is blank and text is coming to internet explorer as an attachment. Please suggest me
