    Hi swetha,

First check whether the folder which you are giving as suource directory has all the authorities like read and write and delete access or not. And make sure ftp is working or not. If you are using any content conversion parameters check whether any mistake is there. Check the process mode whether it is archive, delete or test. Everything is fine Check the status in RWB communication channel monitoring .

    Thanks.

    Hi Swetha,

Test the scenario using Test Configuration and check with the errors.

And also update the cache in ID.

    Hi,

If your communication channel shows no error and FileName and Directory path is perfect then check the

    directory permissions.

Can try activating your channel again as well.

Also, can refer the below thread

    problem-in-sender-file-adapter

    Cheers,

    Manjusha.

    hi,

Are using NFS or FTP as transport protocol.

For NFS first you have to place your File in xi server. Give that path only as your source directory:

For FTP Place your file in your local folder i.e C:, D:.Mention the same path as your source directory.

    Thanks
