Passing Data to an Xcelsius Dashboard

Hi

I created a Xcelsius dashboard using a Web Service Connection on the top of BI Query. Query is having an input paramer for date (Start from - Start to). While creating the Web Service connection I included the Start & End date (I am using the date format from Regional and langual option from control panel) along with the login details of BOBJ Enterprise (where I created universe on the top of BI Query).

Any idea why it is happening? Is there any other way to pass input parameters to Xcelsius Dashboards?
