XCM - Internet Sales / question about Administrator role.

Hi experts, this is my question:

I need to create a user in order to edit the XCM Configuration for Internet Sales. But this user shouldn't access to the /useradmin (UME manager).

When I assign a user to the UME groups "Administrator", this action grants to user both permissions.

How can I delegated this actions in two roles?

Rol A: edit the XCM configuration for ISA

Rol B: manage the /useradmin, create user, roles, etc.

Is possible?

The landscape:

- Internet Sales 5.0 (whitout CRM !)

- SAP Netweaver 2004S - WAS Java 7.0 SP15
