Customer hirerachy table?

Hi

Please anyone can tell me the table where all the hierarchies for a particular customer gets stored.

When we go to VDH2N and give a customer no, we get all the hierachies for that customer.

In the same way when we give customer no all the hierarchies assigned to that customer should be displayed..

I know about KNVH table, but this gives only immediate hierarchy node.

Hello Praveena,

Maybe I am not understanding what you are looking for, but you should be able to view all customers assigned to a given hierarchy node or view all hierachy nodes assigned to a given customer via table KNVH using the Customer and Higher level customer fields in the table. If I have misunderstood your question please respond back.

Hello Praveena,

Are you looking for the table which displays the customers assigned to a specific customer node OR you are looking for customer nodes assigned to a first node of the customer(assume customer primary node).

Hi Gina,

My question is like I have 5th level customer, and I go to Tcode VDH2N and give this 5th level customer I will be able to get all the node starting from 1,2,3,4..

In the similar way can i get a table where in, if I give 5th level customer I can get all the top level nodes at a time.

In KNVH I will be able to get only one top level customer.

Suppose if I give 5th level ,I will get only 4th and to get 3rd I must again keyin 4th and so on....

Since in VDH2N at a time we are getting all the nodes from 1 to 5 suppose if I keyin 5.

There can be table which stores all nodes??

I also checked the only table which customer hieararchy program RV_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHY is using is KNVH. you can also confirm by checking this program. It has lots of include progam also.
