Inventory data verification BW vs R/3

Hi Experts,

I'm working in support projects, my user raised issue on inventory report is tie with R/3 report.

please make note, my inventory report based on standard Inventory infocube 0IC_C03.

When I generate report by plant for the valueated stock qty, valueated stock value, compare to R/3 mc.5 t.code the final figure is not tie with R/3 system.

Can anybody suggest where could be problem and how to investigate.
