DTR (URL http://<portal>:<port>/dtr) server exception: Could not create wor

Hi Experts,

In CMS Landscape Configurator I am trying to fill in the track data when I fill all the required details and try to save it i get the following error.

I am new to NWDS please help.

sry the error displayed is not complete,

the error i get is

" DTR (URL http://<Portal>:<Port>/dtr) server exception: Could not create workspace "

from where can i get the log ?

Hi,

Check whether the DTR URL you are mentioning while creating track data is correct or not. first check whether you can access the DTR URL from NWDI.

the place where I enter the URL for DTR has link on its right its the dtr link when i click on the the something opens and I am able to see a page with the following.

Repository Browser

with Resourses folders as system-tools and ws.

And how to check the mail from NWDI ?
