Transport Fails: Settings for material number conversion not found

While transporting from Dev to QA, my transport fails. The error lies in the transformations (Rules) between two ODS.

The error is " Settings for material number conversion not found".

While looking at the code in the routine, based on certain criteria I am assisgning value to 0Material. I am not using any standard conversion routine in the routine code.

WHILE CHECKING THE FOLLOWING:

1. The 0Material infoobject as Matn1 as conversion routine.

2. In the transaction OMSL the Material Length is 18 which is the same in R3.

Any ideas?
