SAP/ How to clean up duplicate roles assigned to users in CUA systems ?

Hello,

Can anyone please let me know how did you delete the duplicate roles from the users of CUA system installed ?

I have tried with run the program prgn_compress_times,but still roles not able to remove

Please help,how to remove the Duplicate roles from users?

Hi Manoj,

Did you run prgn_compress_times on the CUA master? If it didn't work, on what version are you?

Maybe this note: 1692243 - "Report PRGN_COMPRESS_TIMES cannot be used in CUA" is helpful.

Hi Jurjen,

yes, i have tried and run the prgn_compress_times in CUA master, i am getting error action is not possible , central user administration is active , i cannot apply note here, any other way can we get the resulets?

I'm afraid that applying the note and/or upgrading my be your only alternative to a manual cleanup. I do not see risk free workarounds here.
